My tattoo practice is ever-evolving, and centered in sharing powerful experiences through the ancient medium of tattoo, regarded with the upmost respect and honor. My practice is inspired by my travels and work in environmental conservation, with proceeds from prints, customs and the Land of Many Gifts series supporting local community efforts. My style is currently centered on ornamental, blackwork, and fine-line designs intuitively crafted to fit each person's unique body, intentions, and flow.

 

I am an independent artist working and currently guest-spotting in various studios throughout the Western states of North America. Joining my newsletter will ensure you have priority bookings, and know my upcoming travel dates and availability. I will only accept bookings through email, though am always happy to connect and chat through my instagram @lexnicolatattoo.

 

It is in your consult (via email or in-person) that you'll work on a design with me, whether predrawn from my wanna-do's or custom, pay a non-refundable deposit worth one hour of my hourly rate (that goes towards the total cost of your tattoo), and confirm your tattoo appointment. It is then, you'll receive directions to the studio that I'm based out of in my travels. Upon making your deposit, you acknowledge and understand my design process, and tattoo practice.

All practices, ceremonies, customs and traditions are welcomed in the spaces I work within. I charge on an hourly basis beginning with the stenciling and freehand-drawing process. Breaks are taken as needed, without financial pressure, to allow for natural, fun flow in the whole tattoo process.

 

I use biodegradable and non-plastic materials, all natural vegan creams and washes when possible, and the highest-grade equipment from needle to ink to machine.

 

Whether it's your first tattoo, or the finishing touches on your bodysuit, any questions around the studio, my practice, my booking process and my ethos is always welcomed.
